Clear Mindset is the most Important Key to Success and Happiness

It’s like so much of our Brain’s space gets taken up when we are unsure of Who we are and What we really want out of this Life.

I used to be someone who used to overthink things a lot 

(told ya a day dreamer too 😛) 

So it was very easy for me to get

  • Caught up in my own Thought Patterns,
  • constantly Over Analyzing every Detail from my Daily to-Do List to my huge Life Decisions
  • Too much of What ifs and BUT’s
  • Always feeling Stuck and Overwhelmed -Days full of Stress,Anxiety,Worry.
  • Zero Motivation or Inspiration to do Absolutely anything Persistently Clouded not only my Mind and Body but all off my Relationships too.

When nothing I tried seemed to work I started Finding Escapism by Running Away from Reality to Different Places, People, Things and mostly my Phone!

Until a very dear friend of mine introduced me to this word

"Clarity "

In a whole new different Perspective by explaining me how Clear Mind is exact opposite of foggy mind,how having a CLEAR MIND can

  • Improve your Decision Making Power
  • Increase your Focus and Ability to Perform,
  • Eliminate Procrastination
  • Self Doubts by helping you find Meaning and Direction
  • Helps to Balance all areas of your Life
  • Ultimately giving you a sense of Peace Fulfillment..

Since then every single day I strive for ‘CLARITY ’ it's like my Mantra now!

Because it’s already in my Blood to BE Positive! 

(jackpot right? 🎉)

I Realized All these obstacles were ultimately Detours to just the Right Direction.

My Whole Journey has been about finding a way to Direct my Time,Energy and Passion to something that is Meaningful and Deeply Resonates with my Heart and Soul.

Yes Process of finding it was quite a deal but Curiosity to Figure out a way that works Legit  And Sustainable so that no one has to go through what i went through led me to this path and as it happened a girl who never used to wake up before 10am started waking up at 5am even on weekends!

(except on Sundays because everyone deserves a sunday right?)

 

The sheer joy of finding your Purpose and working on it every single day,Loving it so much that even idea of a long Vacation seems boring

That is my Definition of LIVING!

  • I now Appreciate every bit of my Life no matter how Big or Small,
  • I Love Myself and other so much more Deeply and Wholeheartedly,
  • I now see how Lucky and Blessed i Am and had always been,

Thanking all the Miracles that led me to where I am Right Now…..

I know without the Support and Learning from the different People and Lessons i came ever came across i wouldn’t be ever be able to reach Where i am Now.
